MIFI router speed issues

I just got a new data only sim for a mobile Wi-Fi device, to tide me over until I get my broadband up and running at my new place, it’s not been 24 hours yet, but I can connect already-however the speed on speed test is insanely slow- under 1mbps-does anyone https://vidmate.onl/ have experience with a Vodaphone MIFI and know if I just need to wait/or why it’s coming up as so slow on speed test?
