Another page in the ongoing poor service saga with Vodafone (please see screen grabs below).
I'm paying for 100Mbps download....getting 100 overnight and THEN 3 max during the day. Packet loss of up to 40%. Astonishing!
Who's going to fix this one? Vodafone don't understand that there is a problem so it looks like this will be goodbye to them.
