I was with Plusnet for 4 years never had to call them, my connection was solid, since I joined Vodafone , everyday my connection is dropped or my ping is very high between 5 to 8 pm, I resolve it by restarting it, but then my son can not play his games, and the DSLAM thinks I have an issue due to many resets and lowered the connection to 26MB.
the issue is on Vofa router and on my new setup
Asus AX86U with Latest Vigor modem ,also I tested old Open reach modern same issue, I also used BT hub same issues.
Ping 100ms plus
I do not use wifi. just cat7 cables.
Can someone from support look at my new issue?????
