I have VF VDSL2 80/20 package with landline, and at the moment landline is connected to microfilter and it works.
But the modem/router supplied THG3000 has 2 ports for Digital landline, looking around the web interface of the THG3000 in "Expert Mode" I can't see any settings for the landline/VoIP.
1] Is it possible to migrate analogue landline to Digital Voice/Landline?
2] Is there any way to get the SIP details of the Digital Voice/Landline to use on alternative device?

Not whilst you are on VDSL. Come 2025 when the the POTS (Plain old telephone service) is turned off, who knows.

Yes, but you will need a VoIP service from a 3rd party.

Absolutely not, at the moment. (so many people are asking the same thing)
My answers are based on what I have learnt whilst I been here. Actually getting definite answers out of Vodafone seem impossible.

Hi,
Thanx for taking the time to reply.
Well I hope they take a different approach to what BT has taken. The Digital Line is based on IMS (Similar to how VoWi-Fi/VoLTE) works and there is no way to use that number on anything other than BT equipment
On the other hand SIP providers like Sipgate.co.uk make it easy to set-up or transfer accounts between compatible VoIP devices.
Yes, I know SIP is normally not encrypted, but nothing wrong in implementing SRTP on top of it and it will still be secure and there is plenty of other devices available supporting that standard.
Is it possible now to transfer landline/homephone number to VoIP providers (PSTN number portability)?
That would be one way how to avid this "lock in" that the ops are using again.
