Caller display stopped working

We've recently updated our BB / landline, and have lost the caller display service.

 

How do we re-enable this as we receive a large proportion of unwanted calls?

What do you mean by updated? Did you take out a new contract or renew?

Either way you should be able to enable it here:

I've tried the link you sent, but I can't see the option for caller ID:

Your picture hasn't been moderated yet, but I suspect I know where you may be going wrong.

When you log in to Vodafone via the link, make sure you select the landline and not the broadband. (Which seems to be the default)

You should also be able to change to the phone/landline instead of the broadband from the drop down menu.

The option you require is under Services and Extras, Calling options, Home phone call features.

Here is a text version, showing the only options I can see:

If you can't find the option I suggest using live chat, they should be able to enable it.
