We've recently updated our BB / landline, and have lost the caller display service.
How do we re-enable this as we receive a large proportion of unwanted calls?

What do you mean by updated? Did you take out a new contract or renew?

Your picture hasn't been moderated yet, but I suspect I know where you may be going wrong.
When you log in to Vodafone via the link, make sure you select the landline and not the broadband. (Which seems to be the default)
You should also be able to change to the phone/landline instead of the broadband from the drop down menu.
The option you require is under Services and Extras, Calling options, Home phone call features.
