Help Needed!!
We are a small business and changed landline/broadband from eir to vodafone 2 weeks ago. Since this changeover we can only receive calls from numbers that are on the vodafone network. we can make calls to all networks just fine. Our old line with eir was coming in through the plug on the wall however that line is now dead and our phone is now plugged into the telephone port at the back of the vodafone modem. We have a compatable cordless panasonic phone so this is not the issue. We dont have gigabit broadband, it is 100 meg coming through the dsl. Vodafone customer care has been very unhelpful and dont seem to have any idea how to fix the issue. As its a business line we are loosing a lot of revenue over this issue. Any suggestions of how to resolve the issue are welcome. Thanks for taking the time to read....

Hi @mmseireann
EIR are an Irish Telecom company, the forum here can only help and support Vodafone UK accounts. You will need to contact Vodafone Ireland, they will be in a good position to help with your enquiry.
Vodafone UK and Vodafone Ireland are completely different companies and networks @mmseireann . You will need to persevere with your service provider, Vodafone Ireland.

Hi, thank you for your reply. They are absolutely zero help to me, they wont even answer the phone.... i have nowhere else to turn. To treat a business customer this way is a total disgrace.....
