Hi All,
Had Gigafast installed the other day, works fine but phone line doesn't. I tried to connect my existing phones via the adapter to TEL1 and 2 neither light up, no dial tone etc. So as per Vodafone support recommendation I purchased new cordless phones as mine were 4-5 years old. Plugged them in and once again no dial tone and on screen it says "check line"
Tried to call support but cant get through. How the hell do I get landline working?

Hey there @andrewjb88, that's very odd! Did the phone work with your previous provider? Could you attach a picture of the set up of the phone line please? As in what cables are plugged in where and so on?

We have the same problem new phone number but it doesn’t work.

Hi @pudz1878, are you also getting no dial tone? Have you brought your number across from another provider or have you been given a new number? Mark
