This afternoon we noticed that our land line is not working, it has no dial tone. To start with the phone would ring and then cut off but now it does nothing. Broadband seems to be fine. I tried the chat line stuff and after some time (the first chat liner thought I was talking about the the mobile phone) the second one ended up with an error on the account and couldn’t proceed and pointed me to some phone number. I held on for 37 minutes and then gave up. Can anybody help, please. Any suggestions or pointers that might help?
