Since switching from talktalk to vodafone fibre to the home on 13th Jan, I have not been receiving incoming  calls. The caller gets a recorded message 'the number you have called is currently not accepting incoming calls please try again later.  I can make outgoing calls ok.

Sounds like Vodafone have messed up again. Better give then a call on 08080 034 515 or try live chat: https://www.vodafone.co.uk/bbservcd/

Edit: Out of interest, are the outgoing calls definitely using the expected number?

Yes, outgoing  calls are displaying the expected number.  I also gave them a call earlier on the number you kindly provided. They said it should hopefully be resolved today (Sunday 16th Jan), or failing that, Monday morning.

It's currently still not resolved as of 23:35 on Sunday. Just hoping its resolved tomorrow.

Just had fibre 100 installed and had similar problem. Found a solution that worked for me. Use a BT socket to RJ11 adaptor and plug this into the router phone port. Next attach an ADSL microfilter to the adaptor and finally your phone cable to the microfilter.
