How long can it take to transfer your landline from cooper FTTC to full fibre FTTP/H. I have been told 3 times it can take up to 24 to 48 hours I had my full fibre line installed on Tuesday 4th April it was activated the next day now this is Saturday 8th April still no dial tone.

Same issue here.
In my case the phone LED on the router never switched on since I moved to FTTP. VF simply 'forgot' to enable my phone line. Appalling.
I'd say your best bet is to start a chat with an agent and report the issue. They'll tire you out with loads of rubbish in the beginning (restart the router, plug in this, then that, etc.) but it may lead to something. They can enable the phone profile remotely (but even this needs to be monitored, as they are rubbish in completing simple tasks).
I'm still waiting for a my phone led to go ON, but I know the service is activated in the VOIP end (using a custom asterisk).
Good luck.
