Cannot end call from mobile to VF landline

Calls from a mobile to the VF voip landline do not end when I end the call on the mobile. The VF voip stays on. I'm using a standard set up with a Gigaset DECT directly connected to TEL1 of VF router.

Anyone experiencing this?
