Home Phone Out of Bundle Charges

I have the weekend and evening calls bundle and on my latest bill I have been charged for out of bundle telephone calls despite them actually being after 7pm.  The Vodafone bill shows them as an hour earlier than they were and this has only occurred after the clocks changed to British Summer Time.  When I contacted Vodafone and spent 90mins arguing my point they refused to accept their system could be wrong despite my photo proof from my home phone handset.   Has anyone had the same issue?

Just received this months bill and I  too have been charged for landline calls made after 7pm ( British Summer Time ) despite having the Evening/Weekend free calls bundle. Almost 3 hours spent online to Vodafone and got no solution to issue. They insist calls were made after 6pm despite the " My Vodafone" app confirming that I had made the calls after 7pm. Their system has the calls made an hour earlier.

Perhaps, as a cost cutting exercise they made the guy whose job it was to put the clocks back redundant?

Although its a problem for you at least Im not the only one with it, hopefully others will raise the issue with Vodafone and they will realise they have a systematic issue.  I raised a formal complaint and although they did not admit there was a problem they said they would transfer me to Anytime for the same price
