Noisy Landline

Upon attempting to either make, or receive a call on my Landline, I am greeted by a buzzing noise. Apparently a caller can hear me, but I only hear the buzzing noise. 

It was definitely fine on 6 August, which was last time I used the Landline. 

I have spoken to my Son in Law, and he informs me that they now have the same problem. We are both on Gigafast.

I'd suggest to speak with customer services on 0333 3040191 or the Vodafone Social Media Team's … Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries  who will go through various troubleshooting and if required arrange an engineer.
