Hiya. I have this issue with my landline. It cuts off after 29m28seconds. I joined Vodafone in December and it has always been like it. It was finally put up to 3rd level support and then I received a call to say it was a known problem and they were investigating it and there was no need to call again. A few weeks ago I realised I'd had a call which lasted nearly 40 minutes and thought perhaps the issue was resolved, but it's back again, exactly the same. I've tried registering it as a fault again and am currently jumping through all the hoops to get it escalated to the highest level. Must admit, I'm pretty fed up with it all now and my customer feed back is getting to the point where I just about manage to be polite! How do we take this issue further? Any suggestions? I don't see why I should have to pause a call or redial as a get around, when it shouldn't be like that in the first place.

@KLD - I can understand your frustration with the calls dropping and you not being sure if it will stay connected, when the call gets to that duration. I can see you have mentioned this is for your landline and it has previously been raised to our Third Line Technical Team. So we can look into what's happening, please call us on 191 free from a Vodafone mobile if you have one or 03333 040 191 from any other phone.
