Hi all,
I have Fibre 900 (through city Fibre and VF) since December. I had no issues until early September (where quality of some streams is dropping in a smart TV just to recover a few seconds later, and again the same). So understood that something is going on.
Recently I changed job and I use Google workspace (Docs and Sheets and Google Meet).
Docs go offline very often for a few seconds and Google Meet is freezing from time to time, to recover a few seconds later. Is this a latency issue and what can I do about this? Please see below as well.

@giorgosa First thing, have you changed the DNS settings away from the Vodafone servers? Try 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as they are the Google DNS server addresses.

Thanks, yes I have done this yesterday with using 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8
I've now removed 1.1.1.1 and replaced with 8.8.4.4, not sure if it'll be enough....

@giorgosa I would have thought that 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 would have been fine. You could have put 8.8.8.8.8 as first choice I guess, but I don't think that would make any odds.
Oh well, it was just a quick fix idea while we wait for your images to be moderated.

Run a traceroute to bbc.com and pi aste the results here for us. I fear you're a victim of vodafone's "load balancing".

Need to admit that tracert failed several times for the MacBook that I am working with. Is it MacBook specific issue maybe?
the results from a windows laptop are as above and they don’t seem bad I think…. I am confused…
