Receive messages on landline

I am trying to recover my email but the recovery phone number is a landline and I can only recover via sms code. However, my landline does not receive sms messages, is there anything I can do as this email has been with me for almost 10 years.

Wouldn't be a Sky email address by any chance?

Have you actually tried sending it to your home phone? I've just sent one to my home phone, and it was read out to me by a BT service. (I'm on Vodafone)

I'm still on the PSTN, I suppose it may not work if you are on VoIP.
