Telephone connection

Hi

I have just had fibre to the home installed and moved my landline number over to Vodafone.

I understand that I can just connect a normal telephone to the TEL port on the router to receive telephone calls.

The issue is that the Vodafone router doesn't do some of the things I need, and so I want to keep my Netgear router, but this doesn't have a telephone output.

Is there any way to use the Vodafone router JUST for the telephone connection and the Netgear router for everything else?

Thanks

As far as I know you will only be able to do it by running it in double NAT.

Many people find that to be fine, but some have problems,
