The App says my account is temporarily blocked everytime I try and register

Why can’t I access to register via the Vodafone app or website.  It constantly says temporarily blocked.  My landline rings out to the person calling me but nothing at my end and I can’t access help.

If you're experiencing problems with your landline, I'd recommend getting in touch with the Broadband Support Team here so they can complete some troubleshooting with you.

Are you able to make calls? Have you tested to see if it is just not ringing?
