I have found the Vodafone Spend Manager, since VF doesn't offer "Blocking of outgoing calls /all/international etc"
I thought it could be great way to control spending on the landline.

But it doesn't work Got an error message:

Why can't I see any services here?
We don't show any services that aren't eligible for Spend Manager, such as Home Broadband or Home Phone.
But I have a landline/home phone from them!

Not got any letters from them yet (VF), anyone knows who is the head/exec of BB/home phone service is?
Before leaving Sky got few letters from Stephen van Rooyen (Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer UK and Europe) offering deals but I already sign up with Vodafone so couldn't be ask to write to him.

I've been here 20 months, and I can't remember getting any letters, all contact has been by email. Mind you, my memory isn't what it was.

Actually I have found the letter that come in with the Router
and the name of the responsible manager is hidden behind
"The Customer Care Team"
