If you have all in one package from VF then I think the landline is connected via BT and therefore you can follow this guide

https://www.bt.com/help/landline/all-about-bt-answer-1571-voicemail

If it is voicemail on your landline phone, then you would have to look up the manual or post the model here.

I like the (Sky Talk Shield) cut the spam calls to "ZERO"

Sadly can't find this/similar service on VF website

Or you may find this document helpful

Your guide to Vodafone Home Phone

https://www.vodafone.co.uk/cs/groups/public/documents/document/vfcon065790.pdf

tried but got in  loop 😐

I know what you mean, it's taking me on Sunday morning 8am, 41minutes to get to speak to someone

They do not want you to call them

Only other method is Live Chat
https://www.vodafone.co.uk/contact-us-b2/index.htm

Or get VoIP equipment + number and no one will take it from you, you can connect as many phones to that number as you like, has VoiceMail and many futures are offered for free and no Spam Calls ... :Winking_smiley: and unplug the Vodafone landline/homephone.

We tried chat and could only get the worst ai on the planet. Probably will have to put up with the spam voicemails for now. Thanks for your reply.

Hi @nidgeB When you said you were stuck in a loop with the information @THG3000-IPv6 provided. Can you let us know where you got stuck and any error messages you received.

Sorry without going through all the options again I cannot be precise, I was really hoping for a simple dial input on the landline handset to turn off the voicemail service 👍

Nothing is now ever easy

It could be the fact that every time someone gets connected to your voicemail VF pockets part of call termination fee the operator that the call originated has to pay if I remember rightly .....
