Hi, I have been contacting Vodafone for the last week and my chats keep getting disconnected, I am trying to cancel my mobile wifi dongle contract

The only way to cancel a mobile WiFi dongle @Rhussain7766 is by calling, if you don't have Vodafone mobile number the number is 03333 040 191 from UK landlines or other mobiles.
If you have a phone the easiest way to cancel is to put the SIM in a phone and text for a STAC code, when you receive the code just get someone you know on any other network to submit the STAC and the contract will immediately end without anything further to pay. It would be worth mentioning that submitting a STAC does not affect the account of the person submitting the STAC.

Removing a WiFI network from a mobile device is easy.
You will need to do this immediately following our StarID transition to erase the old connection settings.
After you remove the old connection info, you’ll want to refresh and connect to the new StarID-credentialed network. Please see our other articles about adding a WiFI network to Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile phones .
For Android (general instruction using Google Marshmallow):
Open Settings on your device, and tap on the WiFI icon to access WiFi network options.remove-wifi-settings
Tap and hold the WiFi network you want to delete, then select Forget Network from the menu that appears.remove-wifi-forget
For iOS (using iOS 9.2.1):
Open Settings on your device, and tap on the WiFI icon to access WiFi network optionsiOS-settings-Wifi
From the list of WiFi networks, select the one you want to delete, and tap Forget This Network from the details page.ios-wifi-forget2
For Windows 10 Mobile:
From Settings, tap Network and Wireless, then WiFI to access wireless network options.windows-phone-wifi
Tap and hold the WiFi network you want to delete, then select Delete from the menu that appears
