I want to cancel my contract buy cant get Voda to answer. No options in online account to cancel. Customer service is so poor. How the hell can you cancel with these morons?

Is this a Pay Monthly Contract Data Sim as you've posted in the Mobile Broadband Section ?
If a contract sim then use Live Chat or 191 or 0333 304191 or How to cancel-your-account and Pac / Stac Information.
Or is it Vodafone Home Broadband ?
As far as I'm aware Vodafone don't allow online cancelling due to protecting the account and account holder.
There is some information in I-want-to-cancel-my-home-broadband-service.
Try calling 0333 304191 or 191, Live Chat or contact the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries who'll be able to help.
If you have a direct debit set up to pay your bill then please don't cancel this until the very final bill is paid and Vodafone confirm the account is fully closed. This is to stop any possibility of collection action and in the extreme 6 year defaults placed on your Credit File.
