Gigacube Guest wifi settings

I'm having to setup a wifi range extender in my community centre because the range with the gigacube is hopeless. We're using the Guest wifi for visitors to the centre and I noticed there's no 5GHz signal with Guest Wifi.  Whereas there is on the standard wifi ssid.  Anyone know if this is how it should be.  I've asked Vodafone tech support who, instead of simply answering the question downloaded some config to the sim and now I have no 4g signal - but that's a different matter.

@ozthomas How far is the range you're trying to achieve with the Gigacube? The range on the Gigacube wouldn't match that of a Wi-Fi router.

Hi Josh

Not thaat far really - less than 20m but the walls are reasonably thick. It's fine with the range extender, though I was hoping to be using the guest wifi for visitors to the community centre. Huawei tell me the %GHz signal doesn't work on the guest wifi, so I'm having to revert to giving people access to the main wifi and hope they don't guess the password for the config app.  SPeed is good if variable. We're out in rural west wales and teh fixed line broadband can't make 10Mbps. I've seen 38Mbps with the gigacube though it's usually around 25Mbps. Just got fingers crossed it can support a reasonable number of concurrent connections - hence the reason for needing 5GHz
