Shows 5g available po215qr but not coming up

My 4g internet of jio started sucking so bad i have to turn off and on airplane mode many times ,the speed stays 100-200 kbps whole browsing Instragram and other things but goes 1-2 mbps in downloading

I have been into the shop they have done a SIM swap I am getting 5g elsewhere but on the maps this is recently changed to showing available
