I am having issues with my mobile data on PAYG both vodafone and VOXI. I am using a oneplus T7 Pro.
Google Drive will not refresh and says: unable to refresh, check your network connection.
I am also using a work specific app which constantly looses connection and is unable to sync data. Its 'Rabbit' for Amazon.
Noone else experiances these issues and every other app works just fine.
Im at my wits end with VOXI customer service because they takes days to reply and are usless when they do.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what the issue is? VPN? Or just a need to change? Service provider??

Hey @Mo_Mann - I understand how important it is to have a stable connection, especially now!
Could you try the below settings for me please? Settings > SIM & Network > SIM 1 > Network Operators ? Disable 'choose automatically' > OK > Select a different network for a few minutes then reconnect to the Vodafone network 😊
Also, do you notice the issue only in on area or does it happen everywhere?
