I have a Vodafone R218 Mifi with Vodafone sim. We havent used it for some time and now when I try to connect, I am asked for the unlock code. Is this NUC or PUK related or is this a device specific code? I cant remember using one before. Many thanks.

Hi @WoodyUK64 

 

The most likely reason for this is the SIM has been disconnected from the network for non use.  You can order a data SIM to use in the device here .  Also more information here Device Guides
