Just received R219H WIFI, indicator lights stay on when on charge but go out when not on charge, so no indication of signal strength, battery condition, or even if switched on or off. Is this correct or is it faulty. Thank You......
Hi @crosrol I'd recommend checking out our device guide here to make sure the device is set up and configured correctly. If you've only just received the device, it can take a little time for the set up to complete and signal to settle. Keep us up to date with how you get on!
Thanks for response. Can't find anything in device guide, but just wondered if anyone had the R219H should the indicator lights stay on when running from battery power as all our lights turn off unless on mains charger.
Hi there @crosrol - I've checked with our Mobile Broadband Tech gurus and they've confirmed that when the device is running on battery power no lights will show but you can check that the device is working and switched on by pressing the power button.
