Topping up dongle

Is there a Web link, please, that will allow me to top up my PAYG dongle online using my debit card?

Also, how would I find out how much data I have remaining on my dongle before I top it up?

I cannot find anything about a dongle top up as the links refer to mobile, broadband customers which I am not.

Any help would be great.

You need to buy a data pack in order to use the internet on your dongle, Mobile Wi-Fi, iPad or table...
