So I'm trying to top up my dongle as it's due to run out of data, however I'm unable to do so as I cannot locate the phone number associated to the sim-card that's inside the dongle itself. When I check on the dashboard for the dongle it simply states that my phone number is 'Unknown'. I'm ironically unable to contact support regarding this issue because I don't have the foggiest idea what the number could be. Could anyone advise on how to proceed?
My suggestion is to pop the sim card in a mobile phone to see what the mobile number associated with the sim card is by dialing *#100#
If you don't have a phone handy then maybe a friend, family member or work colleague has.
