Hi @Jimbostel 👋 There are few things to check here , have you been able to use data on 4G previously or has this issue only just started, also if you change to 3G does your data begin to work, and if you leave the local area are you then able to use data? In case it is a local network issue you can check for any known issues here. If you believe this is a network issue and you can`t see any outages on the link I gave could you please provide your postcode and we will take a closer look, if you don`t feel comfortable providing your postcode publicly you are able to update your postcode in the personal information section of your account which we will be able to access 😊
