Has. Anyone managed to get one number working with Apple Watch

Hi just bought a new Apple Watch and took out a one number subscription but mobile data is not working on the watch despite it saying it is all set up. Have spoke to Apple and they have advised me all my settings are correct so I am stumped.

Hi thanks I have now managed to solve this myself. No thanks to Apple who didn’t even know the watch could be used without the phone and no thanks to Vodafone who just told me it was active.

@Janie30  For the benefit of others here, what was the solution?

Hi 

Someone else actually gave the solution. Unpair the watch and repair it again. Get right to the stage where you have set up the watch then turn off wifi on the watch and put the phone in airplane mode. It forced the watch to look for a network. 

Hi can you please tell me how for I’m struggling with the same issue for more than a week now.

Does your watch say you have a connection ? To check go to the aerial symbol the one next to the wifi symbol on your watch. Check mobile data is on and mobile service. The plan should then say the network you are with and then status should say connected.

No tried setting up but does not want to set up. How do I do the WiFi and airplane mode method 

If your plan is not showing on the watch, then I believe the one number is not set up. Is it showing on your Vodafone account ?
