Hi!
I bought the 9 pounds Europe roaming data and it isn’t working. The chatbot has not been able to help me and I am struggling to chat to find where I can talk to someone to help me. I am now in Belgium and so am unable to come into a store.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, many thanks Emily

Hi Emily, thanks for your message! We know it's important to stay connected so would love help. To start, please check you've turned on data roaming on your phone and also log into your My Vodafone account to make sure you've turned off any active roaming bars. It's also worth trying to select a local network manually. Generally speaking, find network selection in your Settings and individually choose each available network manually to see if any work.
The £9 8-day Europe Data Extra is for our Pay as you go service, if that's you then and the above doesn't work then we'll need to take a closer look. Please drop our social media team a message to get started.
If you're a Pay monthly customer, then you'll need the £12 8-day European Roaming pass instead. This is a one off charge and will allow you to use your normal plan allowance in Belgium. Just text 8DAYEUROPE to 40506 to add it on.
