Hi, we received x50 30gb SIM cards which was fantastic. However to date families have only used 2 of them despite a desperate need for broadband access at home when isolating or when school was closed. I have spent 4 months trying to contact anyone at Vodafone who can help but to no avail. I have tried contacting Vodafone via social media but no luck. It appears that as an Infant school we fall though the DfE laptop scheme. We are able to lend our devices to families but they cannot access online services using the Vodafone sims with a dongle. The only option I have been given by Vodafone so far is to to purchase them myself. Not good enough in my opinion - can anyone help? I have multiple families needing support but am struggling to be able to offer it to them.

Hey @craigywaigy2, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I can certainly appreciate how frustrating it is. However, the Schools Connected offer was set out as a SIM-Only offer as highlighted in the Terms and Conditions. There wouldn't be anything we can do to override unfortunately. This would be why my colleagues over on social media advised that any devices would have to be purchased or owed by the user.
