Anyone had phone problem with new fibre optics ,our voip phone doesnt work our old phone doesnt work and now our upload sppeed is so slow we cant play the latest games ...No solution after over a week from vodafone on the phone with tech ;and now very worried that im being fobbed off on the speed issue too.They just keep saying wait 24hrs again and again and i think our time to cancel the service is about over ....

.Nothing has been solved by phone either with customer seervices or with the tech team to date,customer service and every dept is still looking into it ,it seems..We are waiting for a solution or a refund

CityFibre? Or OpenReach?
I'm on the CityFibre Pro 900 package and getting ~930Mbps down.... but now less than 5Mbps up. It's been steadily getting worse for days. Unfortunately I'm getting the run-around from Vodafone,
