Bad Network and Mobile data

I have been with voxi for over two years now and it has been great all this long. I recently moved to Cambridge and the network coverage here is terrible. I only get just one bar or two of the signal and am hardly able to use the internet. Even surfing the net is so tiring. Everything needs to buffer and it’s getting frustrating now. Is there any way this could be fixed please?

Hey @smirkk I hope you're doing well. We can certainly take a look at the network coverage in your area to make sure the network is performing as we would expect it to. If there are no obvious issues, outages or maintenance in the area, we can look into raising a ticket to the engineers to have them investigate further. So we can run the necessary checks and tests, please drop the Social Media Team a message here as they will need to access your account.
