Hi @Finna! I've taken a look at the postcode you've provided and can see the coverage is good indoors and outdoors for 2G, 3G, and 4G. There is no 5G coverage in your area at the moment.
In taking a further look at the mast you connect to (6036), I can see the 2G and 3G cells on the site have been down for some time. I'm sorry for the disruption caused to your network. We're working on this as quickly as we can.
In the meantime, if you've got a Wi-Fi connection at home and compatible phone, you're able to set up Wi-Fi calling and texting to keep in contact with people whilst we work on the area
