Calls and Internet

During a call I have no Internet access. 

Phone is a galaxy s10. Full signal and 4G .

While on a phone call I cannot do anything on the Internet at the same time. Is there a solution for this???

As far as is known to call and access the internet simultaneously you have to use VoLTE 4G calling, if you are using VoLTE this will shown on the phone signal indicator.  4G is a data service only, and the phone will drop to 2 or 3G when making a call.

Try going into the phone connection settings and making sure the feature is activated.  VoLTE WiFi and 4G calling should also be activated on the account and this will show on the My Vodafone Application.
