Can not change WIFI channel for Vodafone WIFI hub THG3000

Hi, 

I have Vodafone WIFI hub THG3000, firmware version 19.4.0551-3261103

Its unacceptable that I can not select 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz WIFI channel, my laptop can work 2.4 GHz on 1 to 11 WIFI channels only but every week Vodafone WIFI hub THG3000 switch to channel 13 which is it not supported by my laptop so I can not see my WIFI name SSID on my laptop.

To fix this issue I need to use LAN ethernet cable to connect my laptop to Vodafone WIFI router then go to Expert mode, Settings, Configuration and do Factory Reset, then router start working again on channel 1, or 6 or 11.

I can connect my laptop by WIFI for about week then Vodafone WIFI hub switch again to channel 13 and I need to do factory reset again, again and again...etc. 

For over a year many customers talking about this issue and they hope it will be fixed on next Vodafone WIFI hub firmware update but Vodafone technical team has blind eyes and don't do their job properly...!
