Hi,

Just grabbed the Discovery+ offer. Signed up fine. Can see my active subscription.

Wherever I log in and select a channel I get 'contact your provider to find out how to watch'.

 

Although I tried this initially through my PC at home - I've just tried it through my iPhone with the wifi switched off, thinking it was limited to through my Vodafone connection - but same error message.

If you have only just signed up, the package will more than likely start at midnight tonight and will be working tomorrow morning.  If there are still problems it will need account access, speak to Vodafone through the Customer Service channels or speak to the Social Team here: Contact Us

I can certainly appreciate you want this good perk of the account to work so you can get to enjoy some viewing. 

Unfortunately account access isn't available via this forum.

Customer service on 191 or Live Chat will be able to access your account and related add on benefits to get this sorted out for you.
