Bill problem

Has anyone had the same issue.I paid my Bill's and there still saying there is an outstanding payment this was a week ago..Even on the app next to Bill's says paid with a green tick ?? Thanks in advance

Suspended contract due to outstanding bill

I had an outstanding bill which I couldn’t pay ive now made the payment yesterday but my phone isnt back on yet still showing it’s suspended any idea how long it normally takes to restore connection?
