Canary Wharf - data connection speed

I am based in at 10 Upper Bank Str in Canary Wharf and when I am on one end of the building connected to 5G, my iPhone 13 data response is virtually zero. Yet, when I go to the other side of the same floor with 5G I have good response. This applies to any app, browser and even tried 3 other phones including Android. 

 

Any suggestions on how to resolve?

@kharry - I've taken a closer look at the expected 5G signal at that postcode.

Please enter the postcode in to our Network Status checker - If you then select 5G from the left side, this will show what coverage to expect there. You'll see 5G is patchy there, which will be why it's impacting where about you are in the building. 

If you zoom out on the coverage map by selecting the '-' symbol in the top right, this will show you where you can expect to pick up a 5G signal in the area. 

I've noticed there's also some maintenance work that's taking place. This can be seen where the spanner symbol is when you've zoomed out. If you select this, you can then enter your details and be alerted once the work's completed.
