Company website is blocked on vodaphone

Good afternoon,

Square Health, are owner of website https://www.squarehealth.com/.

Recently we have been informed that users who are using Vodaphone as their mobile provider they are being blocked from accessing https://www.squarehealth.com

We have investigated this and can confirm that if they connect via WiFi they can access the site with no issues but as soon as they disable their WiFi they are unable to access and presented with SecureNet message

is blocking our website as a safety measure. This was not an issue before and has recently come to light within the last month

Square Health offers an extensive range of medical services. 

We strongly believe that Vodaphone ISP is blocking the website as "False Positive" under suspicious site list. We hereby request you to whitelist our website so that our employees and clients could access it.

• Is it Secure Net or Content Controls blocking the website?
• How many users are seeing this issue?
• What is the nature of the website in question?

  • It is definitely on mobile data - can't speak for broadband, don't have a way of checking I'm afraid.

  • Im not quite sure what this means?

  • we've had two people flag this so far

  • We're a staffing platform (recruitment)

In regards to whether it's Secure Net or Content Controls blocking the website, it will be stated when the affected users try to access it. If it's Secure Net, the pop up will state that Secure Net is restricting access. If it's content controls, the pop up will ask for age verification.

@youngonesuk - Our Support team have reviewed the site and they have advised it's not being blocked by Secure Net.
