Why does your coverage checker claim you provide a service that is good in areas that you cannot connect calls or access data? Your signal is getting progressively worse for all Vodafone customers I’ve spoken with, yet you just direct us to your false coverage checking map.

I’m not sure what all that means, all I know is everyone I know on Vodafone has been suffering from slower data and poor phone reception. The entire service has been depreciating over the last year or so. Calls regularly cut out. I don’t want to have to keep fiddling with settings or changing this and that, I just want to make and receive phone calls which don’t continually cut out.
Vodafone seem to have made one upgrade to their system, in the past when you were in a signal dead spot, unable to make any calls, the phone would show no signal, Now, even when the phone is unable to connect, or has no access to data, the little logo on the screen still shows bars of signal ir the 4G icon!.
How about they actually provide the service we pay for, instead of just giving silly advice, showing immaculate maps and even making our phones lie to us!

Hi @DTRDN - I understand you've already spent time trying to get this resolved. We would like to run some internal checks on the sites in your area and check the expected coverage there. If you change your mind, then please message us on Social Media.

Are you reporting a lack of coverage? Or an inability to use mobile data when coverage is shown?
If the latter, are you getting 4G coverage, or 2G?

I joined vodafone back in May and can also confirm that signal has been absolutely awful. I moved over from Three which was great itself but it was a darn sight better than what i'm getting now. 3G turn off was suppose to boost 4G but its gone backwards, 9 times out of 10 when i check my phone I'm on E (2g) and that does nothing. The coverage map shows 4G good indoors and outdoors and just not getting what is advertised. An example when I'm at work there is one spot on my desk where i get a 4G signal. Moving the phone a foot from it all i get is EDGE. I'm starting to lose my rag with it paying for a service you don't get and multiple calls and online chats doesn't sort it. Really considering getting out of the data plan and moving to EE as according to their coverage map they have a much bigger 5g coverage than vodafone.

Hey @Herbie91 I hope you're doing well. I know how important it is to stay connected, and how frustrating it can be when you're having network issues. If you pop the Social Media Team a message here they can run through some checks and testing to make sure the network is performing as expected in your area. We can also look into raising a case to the Network Engineers if further testing or investigation is required.
