1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
Indoors is worse.
I have only one bar of signal.
Intermittent 4G
Calls are dropping out.

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
Yes
All six members of the household are on Vodafone are experiencing the same issues.
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
There is only one bar of signal.
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
Issues are occurring on all formats.
6) When did you first notice this issue?
On and off for a few weeks but it has got worse this week.
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?
Calls drop off all the time.
Over the last few days it’s constant.
Outside it’s intermittent.

Hi @Declan_Slack99 👋 I have checked the mast that we would expect you to connect to, the mast seems to be working as expected currently. So we can investigate this further and look at raising this to our network team, we will need to take some more details including some examples of the dropped calls. I live in the DL12 near Barnard Castle and am experiencing poor signal indoors.
The call quality is extremely poor and my calls keep dropping out when indoors.
I am also experiencing frequent episodes of losing 4G and it reverting to 3G or even E.
All five of my family members are with Vodafone and they are also experiencing the same issues.

Ive tried your route only to be advised that Vodafone do not guarantee signal inside!!!
Yet on your network check in the area where I live Vodafone advertises good signal indoors - that’s not happening so it’s false information.
I’ve been a customer for over fifteen years.
This isn’t just happening to me, I’ve asked on my social media and several neighbours have advised that they are also experiencing issues. Even people on different network providers.
I am so disappointed with standard of customer service at the moment as historically you could post on this forum and you would get help.
