Insecure website problem from Vodafone network intercepted with Allot.com certificate

Dear Vodafone,

With this message we are reporting an unpleasant problem that occurs when visiting our Website when connected to the Vodafone line from a Smartphone. I have done a lot of research on this problem with Vodafone and have found several references in the Vodafone furum of people who have this problem (I am attaching the references at the bottom).

I state that we are Vodafone customers with the whole company and we are the direct owners of the rights of the website in question https://www.termoexpert.it. With this I hope to receive adequate assistance and real solutions to solve this unpleasant problem that grips our customers when they visit our site from a vodafone mobile line.

Description of the problem: When one of our customers visits our website from a Vodafone Mobile line, even connected via a telephone hotspot, he receives an alert as an unsafe site due to the Allot.com certificate "Your connection is not private" etc. (I attach screenshot to this mail) which is intercepted. The certificate installed on Termoexpert.it is a regular SSL certificate provided by our provider and only when you visit the site with the Vodafone Mobile network does it intercept this certificate and report it as malicious, leading the visitor to agree to proceed on a fraudulent site. This is really unfortunate as we use our website especially for digital marketing.

I have read that SECURE NET operates this Vodafone service by intercepting the website with the Allot.com certificate which is not traceable to our website.

I would like to understand if it is possible to request a review of the site or maybe add the site to the vodafone safe network whitelist to avoid this unpleasant problem for our customers

Just for interest’s sake, I tried to access your site both from my iPad on Vodafone broadband and via my mobile phone on Vodafone mobile. In both cases I was successful. 

So, it may not be so much as how your customers are trying to access your site, but from where.

Hi @Metb90. Thank you for adding visual examples of the issue that you're facing. As touched on by @MarkWeinreb, I've also been able to access the URL in question on my Vodafone connected devices. 

In addition to the questions I've already asked on the other thread that you've used regarding this, please confirm if the affected users are using a VPN and if they're trying to access the website in the UK or abroad.
