Hi. Our mail server certificates are blocked on Vodafones network. When connected to mobile data we are seeing a Madrid based Allot.com certificate which is incorrect. Do we need to request some kind of whitelisting or reclassification? When on WiFi this works fine, I am assuming because it doesn't have to go through SecureNet/Allot

I don't work for Vodafone and don't use SecureNet but I do IT for a living.
Probably like yourself I've googled that domain and they appear to be a company that provide filtering for service providers like Vodafone so I suspect SecureNet is based on their product.
I suspect the requests to pull mail are being directed through their traffic filtering infrastructure which is why your devices are seeing this prompt when they connect.
Has this only started to happen recently?
Have you recently joined from another network?
Do the devices have the SecureNet app on them?
Is IOS/Android up to date on the devices?
