The my vodafone app doesn't currently support the plan connected to your devices sim????

Hi all, the My Vodafone app was working fine but now all of a sudden I am getting the error message below when I try to use the app. 

 

"The my vodafone app doesn't currently support the plan connected to your devices sim".

 

Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @brooky9! I'd recommend trying the following:

  1. Reset the App itself - You can do this by loading the app > Settings > App > Reset the app > Reset
  2. Uninstall the App and Re-install it

If it's still not working after these steps, please reach out to our Social Media team with a screenshot of the error and they'll be able to raise an App fault form for you 🙂
