Data not working?

All today my mobile data has not been working, I've done the recommended APN settings they suggest, and spoken to two customer service people that took me through the same route, it says I've got bars in the icon on my phone but it has an X at the bottom of it.

I also can't log into my voxi account as the website is apparently under maintenance. I'm hoping the maintenance is what is causing it and I've just got to wait, but I can't find anyone online having the same problem on voxi or Vodafone today and am concerned its a problem with my phone or sim, anyone got any ideas?
