KW17. No network from Vodafone for 3 weeks. Occasionally one bar for a minute or two. Now the network checker wont work with my postcode. Vodafone plan to let he know when it’s fixed. Not much use. What else can I do? No one at Vodafone seems remotely bothered.

HI @Fionaocl I know how frustrating signal and connection issues can be. If you pop your postcode into the Network Status Checker here: https://vodafone.uk/330ItxS you'll be able to see if there are any issues, outages or maintenance works in an area that could be impacting your service.
Maintenance will be highlighted by a screwdriver symbol. You can click on this and it will tell you if there is an expected end time for the work.
Network Issues and outages have a yellow triangle which you can click and sign up for updates.

hi. Been using this for weeks now. Known issue at nearby postcode. But they clearly don’t know how to fix it. Or how many more weeks it may take. Off to EE soon.
